We don't rip out your infrastructure; we build on top of it. HawkSense connects to your existing camera network via the standard RTSP protocol. Whether you use Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, or generic NVRs, if you can see the video, our system can analyze it.

• Requirement: Just one local Windows PC (or our provided HawkSense Box) connected to your network.

Step 2: The Intelligence (Edge Processing)

This is where the magic happens. Our lightweight Edge Agent software runs locally on your site. It analyzes video frames in real-time using advanced computer vision to detect trucks and containers.

• Security Note: Video streams NEVER leave your facility. All heavy processing is done on-premise to protect your bandwidth and privacy. Only lightweight text data (status updates) is sent to the cloud.

No. We want you to know that we connect securely to your existing CCTV/NVR system. As long as they support RTSP (which is the case for 99% of them), you are good to go.

3. Does it work in the rain or at night?

Yes. Our AI model is trained for Vancouver weather conditions and works seamlessly with standard IR (Night Vision) cameras.
