Privacy Policy

Effective Date: [November 26, 2025]

HawkSense Image Processing Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our clients' data. 1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide and improve our logistics optimization services.

A. Operational Data (Camera Feeds)

Our primary service involves processing video feeds from your existing security cameras.

Asset Tracking Only: Our AI is designed to detect assets (trucks, trailers, containers) and their movement status (occupied/empty).

Privacy-by-Design: We do not use facial recognition technology. We do not use Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) to identify vehicle owners. Images are processed to monitor dock status, not to surveil individuals.

B. Client Account Information

When you register for our dashboard, we collect:

* Business Name and Address.

* Administrator Name and Email Address.

* Login Credentials (encrypted).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

* To provide real-time dock status updates via our dashboard.

* To generate automated reports on turnaround times and detention risks.

* To resolve disputes regarding truck arrival and departure times.

* To improve the accuracy of our AI models (using anonymized data).

3. Data Retention and Storage

* Snapshot Retention: Images and snapshots captured for dispute resolution are stored securely for 90 days. After this period, they are automatically permanently deleted from our servers.

* Data Residency: All data is encrypted and stored on secure cloud servers.

4. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your information to third parties. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

* Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors (e.g., cloud hosting providers) who assist us in operating our platform, provided they agree to keep this information confidential.

* Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

5. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your information. These measures include:

* Encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest.

* Strict access controls for our internal team.

* Independent operation from your internal IT network (Edge Agent architecture).

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
